From Research to Action: MOBIpreneur Launches Its Micro-learning Program in April 2026

Following months of cross-border collaboration and the analysis of entrepreneurial needs across Europe , the MOBIpreneur project is moving into its most impactful phase. Based on research with 113 small business owners , we have designed a program that addresses the real-world demand for short, practical, and mobile-first learning.

The Entrepreneurial Micro-learning Course

Starting in April 2026, 100 entrepreneurs across Spain, Denmark, Italy, Slovenia, and Romania will begin a specialized training journey delivered directly through WhatsApp. This innovative format includes AI chatbot support, interactive exercises, and quizzes to ensure engagement and practical application.

The curriculum consists of five essential business modules:

  • Business Planning and Strategy: Foundations for growth and sustainability.

  • Financial Management: Budgeting, pricing, and cash flow management.

  • Marketing, Sales and CRM: Marketing Fundamentals, Digital Marketing Strategies, Sales Techniques and Strategies, and Leveraging CRM.

  • Human Resources: Building a Strong Team, Onboarding and Employee Development, Performance Management and Motivation, and Compensation and Benefits.

  • Technology and Innovation: Digital tools for scaling a business and innovation for business development.

The 5-Week Mentoring Journey

To bridge the gap between learning and doing, we are selecting 20 entrepreneurs per country to participate in an exclusive mentoring phase. This journey includes:

  • Launch Event: Kickstarting the journey and gaining access to the MOBI platform.

  • 5 Weekly Mentoring Sessions: Personalized guidance.

  • Mid-Program Workshop: A session to track progress and refine strategies.

  • Closing Event: A final workshop to network and celebrate business growth.
