  How to Request Data Deletion                                                                                                                                                

You have the right to request the deletion of all your personal data from the MOBIpreneur MOBI chatbot at any time. We take your privacy seriously and will process your request promptly.                                                                                                                  
                                          
  Steps to Request Deletion                   
 

  1. Send an email to contact@tech-breeze.com 
  2. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line                                                                                                   3. Provide the phone number associated with your MOBIpreneur account
  4. We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours                                                                                      
                                              
  Processing Time: Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving your request.                                                                                                                                                                                                            
  What Data Will Be Deleted                                                                                                                                                        

Upon your request, we will delete the following data:                                                                                                     - Your registration information (name, phone number, country)
  - Your conversation history with the MOBI chatbot                                                                                                         - Your learning progress and prompt answers 
  - All scheduled messages associated with your account                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
                                              
  What Happens After Deletion                                                                                                                                                  

  Once your data is deleted:                                                                                                                                                         - You will no longer receive messages from the MOBI chatbot                                                                                 - Your learning progress cannot be recovered                                                                                                                   - You may re-register for the program at any time by signing up again
