From a WhatsApp message to a first concrete step: inside the MOBIPRENEUR journey

At the beginning, it’s just an idea. A message quickly read on WhatsApp, maybe in between moments of a busy day. A simple question: “What is your biggest challenge with clients?”

That’s how many participants enter the MOBIPRENEUR journey. No formalities, no classrooms. Just a smartphone and a project—often still unclear. Some want to start a business but don’t know where to begin. Others have already started but struggle to find clients. Some know they have valuable skills but can’t communicate them effectively.

Content is delivered directly via WhatsApp: short, practical, designed to be read and applied immediately. But reading alone isn’t enough. And this is where something different comes in.

After the first materials, it’s time for real interaction. A call. One hour. No lectures.

The mentor asks a simple question: “What do you want to work on over the next few weeks?” At first, the answers are vague. Then, gradually, they become more concrete. A goal takes shape, a direction begins to emerge.

The program lasts only a few weeks, but the pace is intense. Each session starts from what has already been done:

  • what worked

  • what didn’t work

  • what is still holding things back

Then the focus shifts forward: one action to take, one decision to make, one step to test.

Not everything is perfect. Not everything works on the first try. But something changes: ideas begin to move out of people’s heads and into reality.

One of the first things participants realize is that they are not alone in this journey. There is the mentor, guiding without imposing. There are other participants facing the same doubts and challenges. There are moments of exchange, discussion, and networking.

And that makes all the difference—because entrepreneurship can be a lonely path, but it doesn’t have to be.

By the end of the journey, not everyone will have achieved the same results. But everyone will have done something they had been postponing: taken a concrete action, made a decision, moved forward for real.

And that is the core of MOBIPRENEUR: not stopping at learning, but turning it into movement. Because that’s where every project truly begins.
